The safety and well-being of our clients, staff and our community is of paramount importance to us. As a company, we are monitoring information from the relevant authorities about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and are acting and planning to minimise any disruption.

Office openings: To protect you and our team, we are currently working from home. Our office is still open but is currently closed to our clients and visitors.

New enquiries: Any new enquiries can be made through our website, telephone or via emails. As some of our staff are working remotely, temporary telephone numbers have been given to our recruitment team to ensure they remain contactable. If you are currently registered on our books you will have been notified of the temporary contact details. If you haven't received this information, please email your appointed recruitment consultant who will be able to give you their temporary contact number.

Interviews: We are currently working closely with all our clients to ensure interviews can still go ahead. If you have an interview booked in please ensure you contact your appointed recruitment consultant as soon as possible as there may have been some changes to your interview and how it will be conducted.

Start dates: At the moment we are unable to guarantee your start date will stay the same. If you are a 'Key Worker' you may be required to start your role earlier for additional support. If the role you have accepted isn't in the category of a 'key worker', your start date may be postponed until further notice. Our recruitment team are keeping up to date with Government guidelines and will be working with the hiring company to keep you up to date on the situation.

Wages and payments: Our accounting team are working hard to ensure all our staff get paid correctly and time. If you are currently working please stick to time-sheet deadlines to ensure your wages can be processed. Should you have any discrepancies or questions relating to your pay, please contact our accounts team via email.

Training: If you are out of work for any reason due to COVID-19 and are registered with Three Swans Recruitment, you will be able to access our online portal full of training courses. Please contact your appointed Recruitment Consultant who can support you enrol onto courses.
